BCS Endowment Fund

Whether you are able to make an immediate donation or arrange for one by way of a legacy, you will be helping us to ensure that BCS will continue to flourish in our community bringing pleasure to future singers and audiences.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer you can make your gift 28% more valuable to us under current tax law just by completing the Gift Aid declaration. We can claim the tax back from the Inland Revenue as long as you tick the box on the donation form.

Donations

All gifts, large or small, will be gratefully acknowledged. Furthermore we will consider you to be a Benefactor of the Society if your gift is £500 or more and a Principal Benefactor if your gift is £3000 or more. Please use the donation form.

Benefactors will be given the same advanced booking priority as Season Ticket holders (ahead of Associates and Members of the Society) for their lifetime. They will be informed, via a newsletter, about concerts and other events and given a complimentary programme for all concerts they attend. Corporate benefactors will be recognised for a period of 15 years.

Principal Benefactors will, in addition, be given Top Priority Booking facilities for all concerts and supplied with two BCS season tickets of their choice in the next 5 years.

Acknowledgments of all gifts will be made from time to time in our programmes. Please let us know whether you wish us to include your name or to remain anonymous.

Legacies

For many of us it is easier to plan to make a significant donation through our will than to give during our lifetime. If you wish to do this, you should arrange it with your solicitor. Our registered charity number "263086" should be quoted in your will.

If you decide to leave a legacy in favour of "Bath Choral Society Endowment Fund", we would be pleased to receive the donation form when you have made your arrangements.

Finally, I should like to thank you on behalf of the members and committee of Bath Choral Society for considering our appeal programmes. Please contact the Secretary or the Treasurer for further information; see Contact Us for details. Alternatively talk to any member of the choir about ways you can help.
